Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years of age to use RLE TV. By using our platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

• ·You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• ·You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• ·You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• ·One account per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited
• ·You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to:

• ·Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• ·Attempt to circumvent subscription or access controls
• ·Download, copy, or redistribute premium content without authorization
• ·Use automated systems or bots to access the platform
• ·Post, submit, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• ·Impersonate any person or entity
• ·Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• ·Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with platform operations

Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. Charges are made to your payment method at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or as required by law.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

VIP Membership: VIP perks, discounts, and early access are available only while your VIP subscription is active. Benefits end upon cancellation.

RLE Content: All content on RLE TV — including shows, episodes, music, clips, images, and branding — is owned by Royale Legacy Entertainment or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

User-Submitted Content: When you submit music or other content, you retain ownership of your original work. By submitting, you grant RLE a limited, non-exclusive license to review, evaluate, and (if accepted) use that content for promotional purposes. See our Content Submission Agreement for full details.

Merchandise and event ticket purchases are subject to our Refund & Purchase Policy. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. RLE is not responsible for third-party ticketing or fulfillment services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royale Legacy Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — RLE TV.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

RLE TV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create legal or security risks for us or other users.

You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
